Razzle is a tough little phone.

Put aside that fact that it looks like a tiny TV remote and you have a great phone.

I can remember at least a half dozen times it has fallen out of my pocket and landed on the concrete floor without a scratch!
The screen is very bright and clear.
The QWERTY keyboard swivels to the back and the phone is perfectly flat. Swivel it to the front and it is angled slightly which makes it more comfortable to text or play games.
Keyboard locks and unlocks easily.
Easy to record your own ring tones.
Battery life is good.
Clear speaker, can be very loud.
One key access to the calendar and mobile web.

I would prefer if the camera had zoom. Also the USB cord does not charge the phone from a computer, just transfers MP3 files.

I do not use the MP3 feature, so I can not give an opinion on that.

Overall, a great phone. I wonder why I don't see more of them?

i received my phone early and i'm falln n love with it

i purchased this phone because i always wanted one but couldnt afford the contract without a job..so when i seen it on ebay i had to jump on it... plus i got my phone before the 22 or 23rd and i'm already falln in love with it. its very easy to use, and my textn speed has increased..my mama said boy them short fat fingers be movn and i activated it with no problem,oh yea and the mp3 is loud and enjoyable,... i really don't have any dislikes about this phone just wish the camera zoom worked..other than that i know i have found me a keeper

Jack of all trades

This phone does a little of everything. Sturdy construction is the first thing I noticed holding this phone. The swivel bar for texting is a nice innovation, built in mp3 player, camera, qwerty keyboard, plus a lot of other things (vcast, VZ navigator, etc). Excellent battery life and sound quality. The only minor gripe is that the camera doesn't have zoom capabilities (point and shoot only). Other than that I am EXTREMELY and pleasantly surprised by this phone. Most wireless carriers make ugly, bland, brick looking basic and smart phones and have no idea that form is important as well as function to most of us out there. The unique look of this phone drew me to it initially, the spec sheet on it and the plans Verizon has versus the others sealed the deal.

Good phone

I love that this is great little phone with a lot of useful features. Its a basic multimedia phone from verizon that doesn't require a data charge. I have had this phone before but droped it many times before I destroyed it. But I would suggest that it needs a shell to protect it from heavy usage or falls.
