    I will be re-selling it and keep my ZS20.

    No, I would not recommend this product.

    I bought this camera just to try it out - since "everyone" keeps saying how wonderful it is.

    It's a very nice camera, but it's simply too large, has limited zoom, and has far too many "bells & whistles" type controls.

    I am far more impressed with my Panasonic ZS20 which has MUCH more zoom, all the optical quality anyone can reasonably expect (let's face it, the LX & the ZS can hardly be told apart as to IQ)and the ZS20 is a LOT slimmer.

    very good camera, using for underwater pictures, also as backup for D7000

    Excellent camera, I bought it mainly for undrewater photography,
    24mm wide lens is important for UW pictures, sharp pictures even with aperture 1.4, in panorama mode I did not find so bad vertical stripes as described in many reviews, veru good macro and video, also HDR working well, using also as backup for Nikon D7000, compared it with Fuji X10 - very similar quality of pictures

    Over the top! Enlarge the pictures they only get better!

    The LX7K is over the top! The lens is better then the camera. The bigger the picture the better. The only bad point is that the LX7K is fragile. It could get sand fog and water in it. Buy a camera case for it. Try to keep the LX7 at normal temperature or you will half to let the LX7 set for 20 minutes. Small price for the best pictures I have ever taken!

    Best camera for the money

    This is with out a doubt the best camera that has advanced applications I have had in a long time. What a fun camera to use. The video is superb, my friends don't believe the camera (small) can take such great photos.
