Book was in good condition and arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely do business with this seller again.
This book is a must have and must read for any Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, or Organizational Behavior major. This book gives a great overview of all subjects and it has wonderful assesment and case studys to help you really understand the subjects.
End of chapter quizzes have wrong answers, wrong definitions throughout book. Way too many typos for me to justify having spent this much for a book in its 10th edition already.
It's not that the material is that bad, but you never know if you're studying the right thing. For example when talking about Type A and B personalities, on the side of the page, right beside each other, it says Type A is more aggressive than Type B, then it says Type B is more aggressive than Type A.
Plus, throughout the book, there are pages where it looks like someone just erased a big smudge down through it. It's kind of like a guessing game, figuring out what words would finish the sentence.
I bought the book for an on-line college class that I am going to be starting on August 10, 2010. I found that it is easier to sit and read the book than it is to sit on the computer and read the chapters.
