My last Okidata ML 320 was also a refurbished printer, and I was panicked when it died, but now I am glad it did. This OKI outperforms its predecessor. Yes, the outside is somewhat yellowed, but the inside prints to perfection. I can align the printer much more easily than the other one. The print quality is great, and prints through to the fourth copy with no problem (this had always been an issue with the previous Okidata.) Obviously the refurb done to this printer was quite a bit more thorough. I will definitely keep this contact and will use them for all of my Okidata needs.
I bought a refurbished Oki Microline 320 Printer. Didn't even really consider replacing it with another model or brand. It's not as shiny as when it was new, but it's a solid workhorse. The one I had that I am replacing (all that broke is the tractor paper puller but it was cheaper to replace than repair the unit) was used a LOT for 15+ years. I am looking forward to the same solid service from this 'new' one.
I have been in IT for 15 years and worked extensively with Okidata ML320/420 printers. This particular unit is only good for parts in my opinion.
purchased for work. need this type of printer for printing in duplicate or triplicate. just wish they still made them, but as long as they continue to refurbish, then we are still in business.
