Actually, this review represents two phones: both a red and a graphite, (silvery-gray).
While I prefer using Nokia phones, and owned several over more than 20 years — I have tried LOTS of different phones when, for instance, I borrowed one or took a message from another person's — I find the 6350 an impressive combination of electronics and software. This is the first Nokia with which I used the new Nokia organization suite, Ovi, and encountered absolutely no regrets when converting my entire organizer and contact information to the new phone. In fact, the Ovi was probably the easiest backup and restoration I’ve ever used. The graphics are quite a step up from any of my other handsets, and the number of contacts and calendar entries available is exceptional. To me the organizer is one of the most important features of any phone I use. My wife and I are foster-parents of two special-needs boys and must schedule numerous and frequent visits to doctors, therapists, and other support folks in their lives, often out as far as 12 months.
Although this is a flip-phone, the keys are comfortable and easy-to-use, without the phone being too large for one of my pants’ pockets. The sound is also quite good, especially since I use hearing aids in both ears — not always an easy coexistence. Both screens are bright, lively, full-color and beautiful-looking. Like any Nokia, I found the phone durable, comfortable to use, and intuitively easy to understand and read.
Unfortunately, I have found two specific points that cause me some difficulty:
1. While going through the menu, I can accidentally find myself surfing the Internet without even being aware of the shift, an unwanted and unexpected expense.
2. The battery life is significantly less than previous models, probably because of the incredibly-impressive and extraordinarily-bright graphics on the two color screens.
Overall an excellent value and proud purchase.

This phone was purchased as a replacement to one that was lost.
Set up was rather easy, one call to AT&T and they took the ID info and activated the replacement phone in a matter of minutes.
Unfortunately, the phone book on the lost phone had not been backed up to the online list, so all the contacts were lost. A mistake I will not make again, once I reprogram all the numbers.
Phone gets good signal, and has a clear sound.

Very simple basic easy to use phone. Has a good web browser for internet access and texting is very simple and easy on this phone. Very good mp3 player. Wished the battery life would last longer than 4.5 days.

Nice simple phone with 3g and att navigator
Not very good for ease on the internet but it has the ability
As a phone it's very good and has good reception
Volume controls in a bad position as you'll constantly change settings just grasping the phone.
Same goes for the PTT feature forcing you to clear a prompt when you open phone...unless you want and have PTT that's not convienient
Overall I'd get another despite those shortcomings because it's a nice small, fairly durable phone with good reception as well as gps and internet capabilities
