durable,user friendly,unique,not made anymor w/litebar.

This phone is very durable,user friendly,unique,but not made anymore! So, it's hard to find.It lights up with multicolors on the sidebars.It takes decent pictures and you can do short video clips. I gave one to 18 yrs. old and she loves it.You can make it flash a certain color code for each caller's number and their picture next to their cell id, as well as have a ring style for every caller. text messaging friendly, calendar with reminder multiple alarms settings multiple profile settings and much more.

tough as nails

I love this phone I have had one four about 4 years now. It is easy to take a part to clean and change parts if you scracth it or want a differnt look. the ringer is really loud, good for noisy areas. I have killed a couple of them by getting them wet at the lake. I am still using the origanl battery from the frist phone four years ago, I only charge the phone once a week maybe twice with heavy use. Don't expect all of the latest fun things like the new phones but it is a great phone.

GOOD PHONE

I owned this phone while on the Cingular network, I was really surprised by the service and really liked the phone. However this was back in 2004 and not all bugs had been fixed yet. I did like the 4 sec video, it was my second video phone and I must say I saw higher quality and longer video in the v551, but video was and simply still is something I really don't use or need, afterall I have a Flip Video Ultra for this.

The flashy color was cool and it was fun to have the phone because you could take the back plate and faceplate off and end up having a fully customizable phone, I was big into that then and I am still into that however now that they have screws I am just using snap on cases.

As for the camera it was a VGA so it was okay but WAS GREAT back then, as most phones didn't have camera's at this time, imagine that!

Was a good phone and if you do have the chance to get the phone then i would if I was you.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I've had the same type of phone for a couple of years now because Nokia phones are so great! They tend to last a very long time. I decided that I needed a new one because the one I have now is pretty old. So finding this phone at such a great price was the best thing ever! The item was as described and works well. Nokia 3220

Cool phone with features not found in other nokia bar phones. Disco lights on the outer rim are a definate plus. However it's listed as a black and blue phone and unless i'm color blind it looks black and purple to me. Great phone.
