i bought this for my son for christmas. luckily i turned it on BEFORE christmas eve. it arrived promptly but when it arrived, NONE of the previous owners 400 pictures, videos, sound recordings or anything else had been deleted from the machine. it also had a broken stylus in the slot that was stuck and i had to attempt to drill out christmas eve. none of this was disclosed in the description on the listing. some of the games that he already had for his d/s aren't working in it. i'm not sure if this is a defect with the machine or the games but...either way, i'm not a very satisfied customer.

Great handheld gaming system! I bought it for my 5 year old so he'd stop stealing my iPhone to play games. He figured it out in no time. I set up the parental controls so he can't go online with it until he's older and more responsible. Overall, I'm happy with it. I think the price is a bit high but it seems to be competitive with other comparable handheld systems.

I bought this item as a gift for my son. Very user friendly and dislikes I cant say that I have any. We have owed the Nintendo DS and previous hadheld system and have always been pleased with the products.
