Greatest system of all time

This will be the 3rd DS that I have owned as I have owned the original and the lite that came after. This is truly a great system for not on only the features but the capability and uses it has in practical everyday life. The camera makes this a handy on the go camera and now with the new NDSi XL it comes with its own web browser. Can u say PSP to the cleaners? The battery life on its own is nothing to joke about with the sleep and save feature the DS is able to stay on days at a time with no power down. Again awesome!!! And let not forget to mentionm the huge library of GOOD games. From remade GBA classics to Game that challenges the super intellegent with Brain Age and the like, this is sure to be a awsome system for many, many, many, years to come. Grats Nintendo!!!!

Pleasure in the your hands

what i like about it is the touch screen. wii like menu. if you have wii u can link it, download ds ware, and if your lucky use the dsi to unlock stuff on wii games. i give the black dsi a 85 of 100. why only 80? -5 because its so addictive once you get into it. -10 does not come with screen protector. you know like to protect the screen from gettin scratches while its being packed or in the box. like most electronice with screen have. that screen cover were you have a choice to either leave it on or take off. i hope you understand whant i mean. like new cell phone have a soft plastic with the note peel off before use.

Great product for young kids, well worth the money.

This system is fantastic. We bought this one for our 7-year-old, to replace a pink one that he got for free when someone left it at my brother's restaurant. He was thrilled to finally have one in a "boy color." Anyway, the system is easy for him to use and has a great selection of games out there for his age level. He loves the free "Flip Notes" program you can get through the Nintendo store, he uses it all the time. He also like to sync up with his friends who have DSis to play games with them, and the photo editor feature, which allows him to take pictures and do fun things like distort the images or make kaleidoscope images. Even my 4-year-old can play games easily on this system. I can't tell you how many times this thing has saved my sanity in the car during road trips. The case and screens can get scratched easily, so I would recommend screen protectors and maybe Nerf Armor if your kids are young and you think there is the possibility they may drop it. But for really young kids, I suggest buying used. This one is in great condition despite being used, and it won't feel like a waste of money if the kids end up roughing it up a little bit.

Well, I bought this product to replace a DS I broke that my friend owned; this really helped me out. It was the same color and came with a few welcome bonuses. I can't say I dislike anything. The console is in perfect working condition and has all the essentials. This product was a great price and a great deal. Well worth the cash.

The nintendo ds line-up have released 5 Nintendo DS since its first release in 2004 to the US Markets.
It almost seems like the nintendo ds lineup releases have been a tease to buyers, releasing a new ds system every 1-2 years, each one with more upgrades and abilities over the predecessor.
however, nintendo promises to deliver, and you could never underestimate their products.
The nintendo dsi features two large touchcreens, two cameras, built in browser, and a lot of kid-oriented games in their arsenal of playing.
The nintendo store which can be accessed through the dsi, features more games, mostly oldies the young and old would love.
Im 22, and bought this for my little brother. I can proudly say I end up playing it from time to time. There are some real nice games out there for the older crowd. Plus you cant go wrong with Mario. I love Mario Games.

All in All, Nintendo is fun, and they're here to stay with their portable device, which features great battery life. I solely see this mostly for the young crowd, kids to teenagers. But adults who are kids at heart can entertain themselves with the touchscreen technology featured in this console.
