The BEST CAMERA I have EVER owned; and there have been a LOT of 'em!

I am a technology fanatic! I have to HAVE all the latest gadgets. When I saw this I fell in love! It has everything - including a touch screen, a stylus, animal face recognition even, shaking stabilizer, 3-inch viewing screen and it takes the most amazing pictures - even in a moving car! It takes macro and super macro; it is gorgeous in appearance and has just been so easy to operate and to learn. You can actually line up, focus and TAP on the touch screen and take the picture. This is actually my SECOND one; I also have one in silver to use at home. It fits in my purse and off we go! I never have to pull over for a great shot and get my big Samsung out of the back! It will be one I will have for a long time to come and enjoy. I bought it mainly to keep right next to me in my purse and to have to ready in a flash when that perfect shot comes along. It is small enough and lightweight enough not to weigh my down. I love being able to keep pics on here and just run thru them with the touch screen and the stylus to show off! I really have NOT found any dislikes at all with this item.

Great camera, very recommended, no real deal breaker cons to note

LOVE this camera. I read a lot of bad reviews about the touch screen not being sensitive enough, but I've had no problems. This camera looks and performs like a brand new item. The camera takes great pictures, is very responsive, and I have no complaints. I wish there was a way to view through scene names without selecting and having to go back, otherwise I find this camera perfect. Nikon did very well with this design. I would recommend this to anyone who wants great pictures at a great price. After performing some edits on the pictures I took, a lot of them came out looking professional. I would've rated 5 stars on picture quality, but sometimes the photos do look a little "smoothed over", but this is a point and shoot camera, not a professional photography camera, so it doesn't bother me much, I'm very happy with the quality of images I got from it.

ok. Not as good as i expect it to be for a 16mp camara. But ok.the quality of the pictures are not the best. The flash lacks power in very dark situations. The battery life is good. The design of the device is ok. But the camara and video selection button are hard to find in the dark.I would be great to have them lit. Over all it is a good camara for the price.

i bought this camera to take quality pictures to sell items on ebay. this camera takes a very high quality picture and all the options plus the refirbished price very nice.there just is not anything!!!to dislike about this great camera. thank you NIKON and B&H photo
