NeatReceipts helps me clean out my files, yet retain important documents.

I bought the Neat Scanner after having seen the commercials on TV, knowing that I needed an easier way to keep my piles of receipts and documents orderly. This unit has definitely helped to get me more organized and get rid of all the papers I have to keep like bank statements, receipts, important letters, warranties and my husbands trucking documents.

The only thing I would like to see changed is that Neat would offer the software for Windows operating systems without having to purchase the scanner like they do for MACs. I didn't really need the scanner but couldn't buy just the software.

The software is pretty easy to learn and is accurate most of the time but I always double check each entry to verify that it has the right category & dollar amounts. It's not 100% perfect.

I also like that for as little as $6 per month all of my files are backed up to the cloud & available 24/7/365.

Scans well,doesn't sort.

It's not everything as advertised.Which isn't unusual. Although it scans well,fast and clear, it doesn't sort hardly at all. what it does sort it usually gets it wrong.That said I will probably continue to use mine. I just made my own folders and sorted the documents manually. If you are willing to do that, it's okay. If you want it to sort everything, you had better look elsewhere.

I think its the best unit I ever got to help me with all my paper work that I have. The speed is great. I give it four stars.

Ease and Speed that is what your getting,I scan a lot
of reports and blue prints to my customers, this cuts
my time in half,A little pricy I think but, works great.
