This book provides informaiton regarding a wide variety of plants with detailed color photos. The book also tells you if the plants are edible, what parts are edible, as well as methods of preparation, and also symptoms of poisoning from non-edible plants & how to treat. A great guide for scouts, campers, or anyone interesting in "living off the land".
The book itself it literally pocket sized (0K- a fat pocket), so easy to take along.
The book also includes a general first-aid section covering general lacerations and bee stings, all the way up to serious injuries such as concussions, hypothermia or snake bite.
Size certainly doesn't matter with this concise survival guide. A must have for anyone going out in the wild for a day trip or an extended excursion!
