The simplicity of the game is not enjoyable. There is hardly any challenge to the mini-games in order to find clues. I enjoyed it but the storyline is the best thing about the program. I have to admit..staying in the shadows and looking for books made it rather challenging at one point. There was a lot of repetitive movement that made it boring and frustrating at the parts where you have to open puzzle doors going in and out of rooms in order to do it.
the snowmobiles could have been more exciting. Having voices for the characters would have been nice also. This is a DS lite after all!
I decided to buy it because I love Nancy Drew! I will try other of her DS games if they have better reviews than this one. I decided to ignore the reviews for this one and try anyway. I don't want to do that again.
The story line does not follow very well at the end. I ended up getting information I never found during the game play and it was hard to follow.
I probably missed moves and clues but in the end it was solved. I heard that you were suppose to be able to use the microphone on the DS lite in order to play but did not find anything to clue me in on where to do that.
That would have been fun.

) This kept me entertained!! It has enough puzzles to solve to keep you thinking and enough tasks to complete to make you want to continue. I found this to be a cross between Sims, CSI and The curious village. Not a typical boring repeatitive game where the only thing that changes is the background scenery. Kids as well as adults will enjoy this.

Very Good Nancy Drew Mystery!

I am an adult that loves to play the Nancy Drew mystery games. This was one of the best so far esp. for Nintendo DS. With this game you had to keep searching for the next clue to get further in the game which makes it more exciting to me! I had played another game recently (The Hidden Staircase) and was disappointed as that game was more of a seek and find in my opinion, so not as exciting. This game is very good and keeps you wanting to find the next clue. I would recommend this game to any Nancy Drew fan!

) I like Nancy Drew games for the mysteries the thing I dislike about it is its different from others that I have and I have to learn to play it. I bought this item I love mystery games.

I like it because of the clues......you can reset whatever you want to......I like Nancy Drew...this was for my 13 year old grand daughter.....she really likes the game
