Movie synopsis
A gang of women are committing murders right and left, and they recruit Kitty (Chingmy Yau) to join them. Coincidentally, the troubled cop (Simon Yam) investigating the murders develops a crush on Kitty, while twists and turns endanger both of their lives. Flashily filmed, with fight choreography that harkens back to the "Biff! Pow!" excesses of 1960s spy reels. Censored for many years, NAKED KILLER is a delirious Hong Kong mix of action, sex, camp, and violence.

An action movie with women, no clothes, and--

No clothes-- implied.

Action-- yes, but kind of stylized.

Not really very good, the title and box art are the best parts.

A strange blending from Hong Kong--

I first saw this theatrically about fifteen years ago-- it was a strange mix of elements from the Hong Kong film industry, and when I found it on DVD I had to spring for a copy. There are two DVD versions, the HK version and a shorter US version. The US version actually makes more sense, the HK version is "more skin and more blood" but the added footage actually gets in the way of telling the story.

Beautiful cinematography, pretty good acting-- crippled by a storyline that clunks along as it serves to justify the skin and blood on the screen.
