NBA Ballers: Chosen One (Xbox 360, 2008)

Plan and simply put, this game is really good. It lacks a few sparks here and there, but ovetrall its amazing. Its basically your street type of ball and it adds a new twist the game. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay provides hours of entertainment and high octane fun. The play by play calling is a little repetive and sometimes you could swear the game a.i is cheating, but that just makes the game sweeter when you finaly take it to the house on top of an A.I's head. I bought this game off ebay and it only cost me a mre 20 bucks (worth every penny). If your a hardcore basketball fan and like a little twist i suggust you get this game. Or even if you just like a little street ball every now and then, don't sleep on this...

This video game is one of the many arcade versions of basketball, focusing on monster jams and globetrotter dribbling moves. Unfortunately, as fun as this sounds, the graphics and gameplay are terrible. This game just never feels "right" From the first time you attempt to sprint down the court, you realize something is off. You can't run fast no matter who you play with and your athelete looks like they are having back spasms when they run. When you shoot or do a lay-up, the ball hangs in the air for what seems like an eternity. The developers of this game tried to combine a high-flying jam fest with a bit of realistic basketball and failed miserably on both accounts. To top it all off, story mode is pointless and confusing.

Don't buy this game- don't rent this game. If you accidentally walk past it in the store, look the other way and be glad you move faster than "the ballers" do. You may enjoy this game if you have never played a basketball video game before, but with so many other great titles to choose from, why bring it upon yourself?

I'm a huge Dwight Howard fan but this game just makes me sad...

First off, I'm an NBA Ballers boy myself, going back to the days of PSP and PS2 (as if those days are so long ago...)
Excellent new attacking and defending system with the Super Moves for the major facets of the game: Blocking, Shooting, Stealing, Juking(...wow...you could've used a better term, like scraping...) and even dunking. Bringing down the HOUSE may be gone, but it's been replaced with a more elaborate system, the Super Dunk. Another addition is the hard to master, easy to understand Act a Fool link system. You control the action, should it be 1 move, maybe 2, maybe 5? YOU CHOOSE!
Haven't gone online yet, but for now I say this: go get that disc.

I'm a big fan of NBA ballers so I recently added this to my collection. I love how you take a no name player that you created and make them into a winner by defeating other players. The tricks are insane on this game. If you a basketball gamer, I would recommend this game!

I PURCHASED THIS GAME THINKING THAT IT WOULD BE GOOD SINCE THE PS2 VERSION WAS EXCELLENT. BUT I WAS WRONG. THIS GAME IS ABSOULUTLY HORRIBLE. THE GRAPHICS LOOK LIKE A 2YEAR OLD DID THEM, YOU CANT CHANGE THE HORRIBLE CAMERA ANGLE. THERE IS A ONLINE MULTIPLAYER BUT NO ONE PLAYS. THE STORY MODE IS NOT EVEN A STORY MODE ITS BUNCH OF CHALLENGES AND RIDICOULOUS GAME MODES. IF I HAD TO SAY ONE THING ABOUT THIS GAME, I WOULD SAY THIS..... "HORRIBLE"..​.. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS TO ANYBODY WHO IS A FAN OF THE NBA OR STREET BASKETBALL. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU DO WELL GET THE GARBAGE OUT BECAUSE THATS WHERE IT BELONGS!!!!
