| The Mustang CRF-490 is a vintage in-dash car stereo receiver. The unit offers AM/FM radio tuning, and tape playback. The unit has a non-digital, slider-controlled equalizer built in. This equalizer provides the Mustang receiver with 10-band tone control. The band control ranges from 60 Hz to 10 kHz. Each band on the in-dash receiver can be adjusted from -12 to 12. The AM/FM tuner on the unit is knob controlled with a front-mounted band display for AM and FM. The integrated tape deck on the Mustang CRF-490 comes with auto-reverse, fast-forward, and rewind. Individual knob controls the tuning, balance, volume, and tone. The Mustang receiver also has a mono/stereo button and program function. With these control users can adjust individual tones on the in-dash receiver as well as what speakers provide audio output. The Mustang receiver measures 7 inches wide by 1.73 inches high by 4.72 inches deep. | |
