This disc, however, concentrates on new wave pop hits, most of them pretty big, or at least well-known. It's a pretty good collection; even though there are no surprise choices or revelations, it's a good basic primer of '80s new wave, and even if some tracks will inevitably be duplicated elsewhere in your collection, there are some big hits not included on Rhino's stellar Just Can't Get Enough: New Wave Hits of the '80s series. Overall, it's a thoroughly decent addition to anyone's new wave library. ~ Steve Huey
