Workable yet forgiving clubs.

The Mizuno T-Zoid Pro Forged Clubs was probably one of the best clubs I have purchased. They have the forgiveness of a cavity back, yet I am able to shape shots. Excellent golf equipment from the end of the grip to the toe of club. At times I feel like I am shooting arrows at the green. Great clubs.

I didn't think I could hit a forged club...WRONG!

I'm a 19 handicap and always bought the conventional wisdom that I wouldn't be able to handle a forged club.
I bought a used set of these just to have some clubs around for my son to use....then I tried them one day and they are fantastic. The ball goes much farther....easily 10 yards more....maybe 15. If I don't hit the ball just right all that happens is I lose a few yards.
Although at set up the loft of the clubs looks like the ball will fly low, I find with these clubs the ball has a high trajectory for nice soft landings.
I hit these soo much better than the supposedly easier to hit "improvement" cast clubs.

Easy to handle

Forged iron can give you soft touch, and its mixed structure (half cavity back) can give you both controllability and forgiveness at the same time. Though this club firstly came out for long time ago, many people can still enjoy golf with it.

Good basic set

In the late 90s, these were THE clubs for mid-handicappers looking to improve their game. Mizuno blades are excellent for low handicappers, and these clubs combine the workability of a blade with the forgiveness of a cavity back.
Buying these clubs now (used) would be a good choice for mid to low handicappers who don't want to spend a lot of money.
Mizuno grips around this time period were pretty rubbish, though - so you'd want to think about getting them re-gripped.

great set of clubs

Good feel. Strong clubs with a good smaller face. No reason to buy new when these are still as good as ever. Classic face and plenty forgiving dispite the fact that they are forged. Easy to play with your swing and work on your draw and fade.
I hit the 3 around 220 yards and the wedge just under 130, with about 10 to 15 yards diffrence between clubs.
