Product Information
Operating directly under the National Command Authority, a relatively unknown entity of handpicked warriors are called on when the mission must not fail. They are the Tier 1 Operators. Over 2 million Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines wear the uniform. Of those, approximately 50 thousand fall under the direct control of the Special Operations Command. The Tier 1 Operator functions on a plane of existence above and beyond even the most highly trained Special Operations Forces. Their exact numbers, while classified, hover in the low hundreds. They are living, breathing, precision instruments of war. They are experts in the application of violence. The new Medal of Honor is inspired by and has been developed with Tier 1 Operators from this elite community. Players will step into the boots of these warriors and apply their unique skill sets to a new enemy in the most unforgiving and hostile battlefield conditions of present day Afghanistan. There is a new enemy. There is a new war. There is a new warrior. He is Tier 1. Available only for a limited time through the launch of Medal of Honor at no extra cost, this Limited Edition version grants players exclusive access to the MP7, a unique weapon utilized by Tier 1 Operators in the field. Limited Edition owners will also benefit from day-one access to the TOZ-194 and 870MC2 shotguns, while others must rank up to secure these weapon unlocks.

Great game but it isn't as good as COD Black Ops

Medal of Honor is a great game, with very good control and great gameplay. The story line or campaign mode was to short especially when you compare it to Call of Duty Black Ops. I have played a little of the multiplayer portion and the maps seem small but I can't really give a good assessment of that portion of the game. Oh and on another note there have been some who say that they don't like the idea of being a enemy fighter of known terrorist organizations from the middle east in the multiplayer so there is that aspect of it. That being said though there have been games in the past where in multiplayer mode you can end up being on a team where your an enemy soldier of wars in the past and no one had issues with that so you make the call. One aspect of the game which is kind of kool is the tier one mode one caveat though is the fact that if you die you have to resart the level which is incredibly frustrating. Its a time based aspect so just let me finish level and then rank me.
So overall its not a bad game just try to get a good price on it. I paid $20 with the shipping here on ebay so it was worth it for me. If you end up paying more like $40 for it you should have tried to get Black Ops.

    Medal of Honor LE 360

I love the graphics compared to COD Black Ops... way better! The game play is very similar however in multiplayer there is no killcam... I find this more competitive shooter game than COD Black Ops.

The campaign mode is great... except for you have to be patient with the node characters as they will not budge out of a doorway. You must wait for them too move. The ATV driving experience can be a little frustrating if you get stuck.

Great cinematic quailty but lack of customization in multiplayer

Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

This game continues the cinematic tradition of the previous Medal of Honor games but catapults it into the modern era. Using the start of the 2002 campaign in Afghanistan as the back drop, the game follows AFO Tier 1, 2, and 3 operators as they prep for the massive Operation Anaconda. The single player is very immerse and you really feel like you are not only a Tier 1 SEAL or DELTA operator but an integral part of the over operation. The campaign is short but elegantly put together and moves very smoothly between levels to tell a compelling story.
The multiplayer is fun but currently has a step learning curve. When I first started I was taken out twice as many times as I took out others. But once you figure out where not to stay and think about it as actual combat (aka keep your head down) it becomes really intense.
Tier 1 mode is pretty interesting. Putting the time limit and doing away with a lot of the crutches like ammo from team mates, a par time, increased difficulty and no check points really focuses you on needing to think and move just like an Operator.
Overall i would recommend this to anyone who is a nerd when it comes to military history or wants a very engrossing narrative.
The short campaign and lack of more customization to the weapons and characters, especially in multiplayer, keep this from being perfect but it is a fine piece of work, and Tier 1 mode will keep you occupied for awhile after you've played through the main story.

    Overall Good Game

Having been a player of all Call of Duty games, as well as all Battlefield games, I know a great first person shooter when I see one. This, however is not a great one. The graphics are sub-par to modern shooters, which is unfortunate. The single player game-play has a lot to live up to, and unfortunately fell short. I find the multiplayer experience to be very enjoyable, and at least on par with other shooters, probably thanks to DICE designing the multiplayer, as they designed the 2 most recent Battlefield games. Overall the game is good, and worth a buy if you have Xbox Live. I wouldn't buy it for the singleplayer mode alone.

Ea, Danger Close, and DICE out did themselves

This is not a Preview Review I was one of the millions to pre order Medal of Honor and received it on the release day.

Ea, Danger Close, and DICE out did themselves with this game. The single player is massive the levels and objective just don’t seemed to end. You bounce back in forth from playing with squads of Army Rangers to a two man Tier 1 team were stealth is your friend well that and the m24 sniper rifle. A little whisper in the ear from her and the bad guys are down and out. The graphics are amazing and invisible HUD that appears only when you want makes you feel like you are in the war. Multiplayer brings online play to a whole new level if you like to run around by yourself scoring points and leaving your teammates behind. Then prepare to respwan a lot as this game is built around team play. You have point score chains that allow you to unlock special offensive or defensive weapons from a Cruise missile strike to extra armor for the whole team the choice is up to you. The limited edition unlocks two of the most powerful shotguns in the game right out of the box and gives you the exclusive MP7 (very sweet gun) so go ahead ad spend the money to get this game if you don’t like sell it on eBay someone will buy it!!
