) It's a Martin of course. In my opinion the best. I teach guitar lessons and I recommend theses quitars to all my students. I have bought 3 Martin DMs for students because they are light weight, durable, and the sound and tone is always excelent. If you want to ruin a student get them an old heavy axe that sounds worse than it looks and even harder to play. You will never be disappointed with a Martin DM.

I have always wanted a Martin Guitar but didn't feel I could afford one until I bid for one on E-Bay. I won the bid and could hardly wait for it to be delivered. The guitar is one of the cheaper DM models but the sound that comes out of that guitar is nothing short of beautiful and I was pleasently surprised at how nicely it plays. It came with a very nice hard case, lots of picks and a tunner. I think it was a great deal. Frank

) HEY, IT'S A GIBSON. BOUGHT FOR MY SON'S 15TH BIRTHDAY,NOW I DONT KNOW IF I CAN GIVE IT TO HIM. I DONT PLAY BUT THIS THING HAS A TREMENDOUS SOUND AND TONE.TOOK IT TO MT BROTHERS HOUSE FOR HIM TO CHECK OUT,HE PLAYED IT A LITTLE AND WAS IN LOVE WITH IT.I HOPE HE LETS ME HAVE IT BACK.

) It's a fine guitar . Everything that was said about the guitar was real. I like that. The guitar was bought for my youngest son. His bithday is two months off and I'm haveing a hard time keeping my hands off the guitar and I own a fine Martin D41 myself. Great guitar.

First encountered the Martin DM sometime in the late 90's at a music store where I could compare it to the D28 and found that I preferred the DM sound. The playability, flexibility, finish, and realistic pricing make this the greatest guitar ever made.Only the DM12 tops it. Guitar Center is now a good place to try a wide variety of makes and models and I still choose the DM.
