    mario Superstar baseball

This is one fantastic game!. It's Mario!. If they're in a popular Mario game, they'll be in this game too. All the different fields you can go to also have twists which make the game fun. You can even use ultra special batting and pitching powers! And we can't forget the cool story mode, toy field, and mini-games that come with this great game. Well, hope I helped you in your search for perfect games. Play Ball!

The Best Baseball Game Ever Made On Any System!

This is one fantastic game! I love real baseball games but when people try to make video games just like real games, IT'S NO FU AT ALL! That's why I love Mario Superstar Baseball. How could it be like the regular game? It's Mario! This is truly a fun baseball game. Why? Well, for starters, there's about twenty million different characters you can choose from to make your team (If they're in a popular Mario game, they'll be in this game too.). All the different fields you can go to also have twists which make the game fun. You can even use ultra special batting and pitching powers! And we can't forget the cool story mode, toy field, and mini-games that come with this great game. Well, hope I helped you in your search for perfect games. Play Ball!

    Mario Baseball is fun!

Mario and friends playing baseball! It is an easy to learn and a fun game for all ages. There is a challenge mode, which is like a season mode. It has 30+ characters that you can use, and more players can be unlocked. Each character has different special moves and different mission tasks. The game has a couple of fun minigames, but nothing worth being played over and over again. The minigames are a lot funnier playing with other people. The overall game is good, but Nintendo could have done a better job with the artificial intelligence. A little bit of practice and this game can be very easy!

An Alright Sports Game but overall not that Great!

    Mario Superstar Baseball (2005)

An Alright Sports Game but Overall not that Great!

I rented Mario Superstar Baseball expecting a lot. I don't know why, but I thought the game would be a lot better than it is.

Mario Superstar Baseball is full of flaws and glitches and loses its replay value very quickly, even multiplayer and mini-games aren't that great. The mini-games can be fun depending on your mood, but if you aren't in the mood for baseball mini-games chances are this game will end up in your closet with your Tickle-Me-Elmo and your Moon-Shoes.

    Pros:
    - Mini-games are clever but lose value over time
    - Tons of Characters to Choose From
    - Each stadium has it's own special features called Home Field Advantage
    - Tons of Unlockable Characters
    - Learning curve very simple

    Cons:
    - Single player mode goes from extremely easy to unbelievably impossible with no middle
    - Replay Value non existent after about a week
    - Mini-games are clever but lose value over time
    - Unlocking Characters can get annoying
    - Game is extremely frustrating and inconsistent

    Final Verdict:

This game is very fun at first, but loses it's value pretty quickly, the mini-games are very fun at first, but a few are very annoying. Overall this game was a huge dissapointment to me personally, but if you're a huge fan of Mario Sports games chances are you will love this game.

    3/5

Rent or Buy: I gave this game a 3/5 because I know a lot of people are huge Mario Sports Game fans, my personal opinion of it however is 2/5. If you're a fan of Mario Sports this game is a definate Buy, if you just want something to do for a week a Rental is your best bet.

Hours and hours of fun...for children.

I have wanted to write a review for Nintendo and its franchise games, Mario and co. for the longest time but I am always on the run.
This game is defenitely excellent for children, which should be the vast majority of Nintendo Gamecube owners. If you are looking fo violent or adult sport video games, please look somewhere else. Playstation and XBOX users should NOT be rating any Mario and company games.
To begin with, this, and all other Mario video games, are cartoon like video games so please do not expect XBOX 360 or PSP graphics. They are a lot of fun for kids and kids don't really care about graphics, internet connection, processor speed, etc...
Now, in regards Mario Baseball, it is all about Mario and his friends from the Mushroom kindom. There are several levels of difficulty so in reality the game grows with your kid. It also offers a variety of minigames that can be quite challenging. If you are looking to spend some good time playing a video game with your kid then this is the game for you.
If you have kids (6 to 9 or even a little bit older) your first choice for a video game console should be the GameCube and/or GameBoy advance and with them any Mario and company video games.
