When maverick DEA agents Sean Vetter (Vin Diesel) and Demetrius Hicks (Larenz Tate) team-up to bust notorious drug overlord "Memo" Lucero (Geno Silva), they soon find themselves in grave danger. When an attempted retaliatory strike by Lucero's gang results in the murder of Vetter's wife, Vetter violently confronts Lucero in his jail cell.
