Graphics a con but gameplay a big PRO!

The game is just what i expected: crappy graphics but amazing game play. I would trade those two things any day on a sports game. I would change a few small details but nothing to major.

Great buy but only if your a baseball lover. not for kids under 8. too hard

Great Career mode, be a catcher, or a pitcher your call and you play the position on your team. work your way up thru minors.
updated daily if you have live online. plain and simple. If you want a realistic baseball game this is it for you. if you want an arcade type game go play the bigs. 2k rules baseball.

Still a very glitchy game, but otherwise great!

Game has some major glitches that need to be fixed by 2K Sports, but with a great Be-A-Pro mode and a solid Franchise mode, this game is awesome.

Game is Great so lifelike!!!!! Being a san fransico giants fan the stadium is awesome and hopefully another world series this year for the Giants

If you are a fan of baseball, or just a human, dont buy this game.

Pros: My player mode is fun, pitching and hitting are good

Cons:
--Making a my player hitter is too easy, making a pitcher is too hard.
--Gameplay fielding mechanics are terrible, fielding and throwing are rarely fluid or time sensitive (often your guy will field the ball stand straight up and then throw regardless of the situation) and same in outfield (will usually catch pause then throw instead of a needed crow hop etc)
--Stealing is not realistic: you either steal early and the pitcher throws to the base u are trying to steal (which happens so often in real life, not) or you time it right and you are almost always safe. Plus you can steal third and home every time by stealing early then running back and forward again (ive had 8 steals in a game with a my player speed 70)
--Commentators have very few statements, Steve Phillips is especially horrible
