I shop at Macy's quite frequently and decided to save a little money by buying a discounted gift card through ebay. No problems at all using the gift card. Beware though - many Macy's coupons and special sales require the use of a Macy's credit card and gift cards are not eligible.
The gift card itself is a straightforward concept, as useful as cash for purchases at an actual store or macys.com. The good thing about Macy's gift card is that there are no fees for inactivity and there are no expirations.
Everything went well as far as the transition went. My only di(25) $20 gift cards while I was expecting only one $500 gift card.
Great value. Purchased as a gift for Christmas and it was just what I needed! Plus there was no extra charge just for buying a gift card which is notmal when purchasing ata local store.
This was a Christmas gift for two people on my list. I love gift cards because I don't have to worry about purchasing something that a person might not want. With a gift card, they can purchase whatever their heart desires.
