• Cup Face 360* Technology in a classic, Tour-inspired pear shaped head with medium face depth• Variable thickness forged 15-3-3 Beta Titanium Cup Face, plasma welded to the 6-4 Ti body for maximum and controlled Characteristic Time (CT) over the majority of the face, which allows for maximum forgiveness across the entire club face• The sole shape features weight triangulation, which enhances MOI and adds even more forgiveness

I have the Fuji Tour Platform in my Sonartec 3 wood, and I absolutely bomb it. Very close to my driver. So when I saw this MT driver with the Fuji in it, I bought it, thinking it would be nice to have that shaft... and who cares about the driver. Took it out to test against my First Team driver, which I have cut down to 44". It's really a nice rig, totally. I do think that some heads are high launch and some are low launch, just like shafts. This head is low launch head, because I'm very familiar with the characteristics of the shaft which is a mid launch, low spin shaft-- one of my favs. Also-- do you remember Norman bombing this thing at the British Open. Case closed. Great club.

I ended up not keeping this club, because Reg flex for driver in this shaft was just a touch weak for me. I contemplated pulling it, and tipping 1/2", then spining it, but in the end decided to just put it for sale.

Love this club. I hit it long and straight (and I'm the master of the towering slice with my old driver). It looks great, feels great in my hands and is a steal at the prices they're going for now. I'm sorry that MacGregor is leaving the business, but am happy to have benefited from their fire sale. Pick one of these up before they're gone, there won't be any more.

Love everything about the club--looks, feel, distance, and forgiveness.

it sets up square at address (1 degree open stated), has solid impact feel and sound but gives enough feedback on miss hits, great directional and distance forgiveness for slight to moderate miss hits.

also love the clean black finish on top with no decals.

FOR THE MONEY LONG WITH THE RIGHT SHAFT!!!!! TRYED ABOUT EVERYTHING ON THE MARKET AND WILL PUT THIS BAD BOY UP AGAINST THEM ALL!!! VERY TRADITIONAL SET UP WITH NO JUNK ON THE TOP. PERRRRFEEEECTTT!!!!!!!
