This game is perfect for 5-12 year olds. Any younger and they probably don't understand baseball yet, any older and they get bored with the simplicity of this game.

As far as gameplay goes, mediocre. Sound effects are very repetitive (especially announcing), fielding is automatic which is nice for kids, pitching and hitting very simple (again good for kids, not so much for someone looking for realistic baseball action).

Fairly quick gameplay, and easy to start a game without going through too many options/screens.

Overall, great for the 5-12 year old range, but don't expect older kids/adults to be entertained very long with this one. I bought it for $10 "like new", and that was a very good price in my opinion.

Baseball Fun for kids

Created: 01/12/11
I have two boys that were in in little league baseball and they really got a kick out of this game. I always encourage games that are fun that don't have violence. Let kids be kids and when they are old enough then they can play the violent ones if they choose.
