Tom Selleck stars in an Elmore Leonard Novel

LAST STAND AT SABER RIVER
Tom Selleck stars as a returning Civil War Confederate soldier attempting to reunite his family and reclaim there ranch from Union trespassers.
I enjoyed this movie very much it's nice to be able to enjoy a new western since they don't make very many anymore.
This is a made for T.V. movie so it's safe for most all of the family to watch.
Enjoy !!!!!!!

Good movie about a returning Civil War officer

Review For: Last Stand at Saber River (DVD, 2005)

Having seen and own all of Tom Selleck's westerns I enjoyed Last Stand at Saber River. The movie had a good plot and supporting cast including the Caradine Brothers. It is the last movie I needed to complete my collection.
E-bay once again got the movie to me for a reasonable cost and shipping.

I bought this movie because Tom Selleck is one of my favorite
actors especially in westerns. This movie didn't let me down. It had plenty of action and a great story to be told.

Fun Western movie

Decent acting for the most part, accurate depiction of firearms, clothing and emotions of the period. Tom Selleck gives usual excellent depiction of strong silent cowboy.

Ending was rather unbelievable, but certainly worth watching

Movie was great quality. Picture was clear and comparable to a high-priced film. It's a Tom Selleck adventure movie - if you like Tom Selleck, you'll enjoy this one.
