Just an ok phone with a poor battery life.

It's an ok phone. Battery life is terrible, which most of the reviews on verizon's site said so but I still bought it. It has good features especially for a basic phone but I find that I have to back up alot because when you touch the screen it constantly chooses the item above & below the one I want, maybe that will improve with time & practice on my part. The slide out keyboard seems to be different than other phones, because I've never had a problem finding the keys on others but I'm constantly stopping during a text hunting for a key....and the writing on the keys are not easy to see, I wish they used a contrasting color so it was more visible. As for the price....it was great because it was free thru verizon. I check there site frequently when I'm due for an upgrade and wait for the one I want to be extremely cheap or free. And this month it came up free.

If your not paying for a smart phone and data package, this is the best!

Best phone I ever had that did not have to have a data plan. It has the touch screen and a real QWERTY keypad which makes texting fast and easy. The size is also good. As for battery life, I never had the battery go dead on me throughout a days use. This phone also worked great for my bluetooth stuff like my car and Xlink at home. It seemlessly connected every time after the initial pairing. I would still be using it except I finally took the plunge to a higher bill and got a full data plan and a new smart phone.

The perfect simple man phone....bells and whistles are minimal but just rig

This phone is easy to use. Touch screen is great and intuaitive. Some of the things I don't like are the slow response time between functions. Also if you are a little hard on this phone overtime the touch screen can stop working. This is a great phone for a person on the go that doesn't want a smart phone but wants to make calls and take simple pictures.

EASY AND DURABLE.

I had this phone for 4 years, its ridiculously easy to use, decent camera quality, and extremely durable. Yes, theres better phones but this one is good for the price.

Ok for standard use, back-light on keyboard leaves something to be desired

I am not really impressed by this phone. The call quality seems to be sub-par and the camera does not seem to have a zoom feature, which was very unhelpful when we went to take pictures at the circus.
I so, however, like the features of the phone for it's ease of use. The trasition was very much a no brainer. I would recommend that anyonelooking into buying this phone, to look at a more upgraded model, although I have it on good authority that the days of non-data, standard phone packages will be a thing of the past within the next 2 years.
