The mystery game allows the player to play as a detective in the dark streets of Los Angeles set in 1947. L.A. Noir: The Complete Edition includes enhanced game play in the Xbox 360 video game. Although some fighting and shooting is involved, this game is mainly focused on solving crimes that include corruption, arson, and murder. Features include badge pursuit challenges, a selection of detective suits that allow for different abilities and skills, and new and improved weapons. Two of the specialty suits in L.A. Noir: The Complete Edition include a sharpshooter suit that enhances shooting skills as well as a Broderick suit that allows for better hand to hand combat. This game is created by the well-known video game makers, Rockstar, who also developed the famed Grand Theft Auto series. This mystery game includes a dark and gritty story line with both action and strategy. | |

Very cool game. Nothing like this out there. This game will inspire other types of games like it. Images are amazing. Real life map of L.A. back in the 40's! Never seen mouth movement like this on any other game. WOW! Also, it is very different than the CSI game I have played. Those other games got boring very quickly. Interrogating is a bulk of the game. Lots & lots of side games. This "complete edition" has so many extras, you will not need any DLC, this has it all. I don't normally like rockstar games (GTA, Bully. Too violent. this is somewhat violent, but still OK for the appropriate teen. Strong language is the only other flaw. You can get so much more for a lot less with the complete edition
Great game. Really interesting, fun gameplay. Cute little nods to Mad Men through character cameos, too. Aaron Staton is great in the leading role.
