I really like the upbeat workout. It really gets your heart pumping, and I feel really good when I get done. Kim makes it really fun and exciting. I also really like the yoga workout at the end. It feels good to stretch and take it easy with a low impact workout. Overall, I think this dvd is well worth the money.
Kimberly Spreeen has great energy that comes across in her workouts. I enjoyed the kickbox section of this workout the best; the other two sections are fun and effective also. The ball section really tests your balance and works your core. I only give it a 4 out of 5 because the menu chapters were difficult to get through and the production value seemed a bit poor. The workout is highly recommended, though.
