Movie synopsis
Something troubling is brewing beneath the city streets. While the world goes about its business a demented doctor is busy building an army of flesh-eating monsters he's been transforming from the innocent people he kidnaps. Among them is the beautiful slave Kellin, who is a victim of the doctor's disease that creates an appetite for eating people. ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS MOVIE IS THEY MUST HAVE HAD A $1,000 BUDGET TO MAKE THE FILM AND I AM BEING GENEROUS. I ONLY WATCHED MAYBE A HALF HOUR AND BROKE THE DVD IN 4 PIECES AND THREW IT AWAY. ENOUGH SAID?????
