I was looking for an effective way to tone up my stomach and buns and thighs well this tape definitely does that! This tape was used when I bought it but it is like it is brand new and the workout on it is awesome. There are 3 levels of intensity for your abs and buns & thighs workout. If one is too much for you you don't have to do it just do 1 level at a time. If you do the entire tape you definitely feel the results. There's about 30 minutes of strictly ab workout and about 25 minutes of strictly buns and thighs exercises. I do this tape about 3 times a week and have seen my abs buns and thighs tone up quite a bit in the month and half I've been using it. I first started seeing results though in only 2 weeks, it's great.

I love this tape, you get your money worth and more,if you don't feel nothing after this tape something is wrong,because she work you out, i read anothe review before i order this tape, after reading i order this tape and i love it

Still the best

In 1990, I used this Cathy Smiths workout to lose 40 pounds after the birth of my son. Here 18 years later, it is still one of the most effective workouts available.
