Excellent cost-effective.
The standard battery lasts just over an hour and a half. You must purchase a larger battery if your plans are shooting for various parts of the day without recharging. The picture and sound quality is excellent, however, there is minimal loss in quality over 30x. At high zoom also loses focus sometimes if the object being photographed passes near the field of view of an object closer. The camera has automatic focus adjustment to the nearest object by default, not sure yet whether we can change this setting.
However, along with a tripod, makes beautiful pictures, shooting, recording ambient sound very well, and with a big zoom, allows beautifull nature footage and musical performances.
