This cookbook is exactly as described!! I love Mario Batali and this is my 1st cookbook of his I decided to purchase. I cannot wait to try one of his recipes!!!!
I love Mario Batali on Iron Chef America! I am very excited to test out all the recipes! They all look delicious! Recipes are very easy to read and follow! And in true Batali fashion there is always a little humor!
This is one of my favorites. Love him on Food Networks IRON CHEF AMERICA. Now all great Grilling recipies in one great book. Of course save some bucks and buy it here on ebay!
This book is very detailed as to the types of grills and grilling methods. Someone who has never used a grill in their life could set down with this book for an hour and be grilling like a pro for supper that night. Book is well worth the money. Highly recomended for the beginner and pro alike!
Love everything Mario puts out. As usual he picks just a few perfect ingredients -- the best ingredients -- and makes them shine. You don't need 42 ingredients to make something taste like the best thing you've ever had...just take good/local ingredients, quality cheeses and meats...you're set!
