Humminbird 798CI SI Combo Fishfinder

I would say this the perfect fish finder for any fishing boat between 16 and 20 feet the side imaging gives incredible detail and with a lake master chip it puts you right where you want to be. The only thing I want humminbird to come out with is a dvd to explain the things you are seeing on the screen better but that is on me to learn. Very easy to install and easy to figure out all the controls. This unit is a unit that you will be happy with from a beginner to the most advanced angler so you will not be wanting to upgrade all the time at 800 - 1000 a pop.

Very good relation I boast product, superior to my former garmin 2d and very simply for his use and search of fish. With a very high resolution.

I have'nt had time to use the 798 much yet as I live in Wisconsin and fishing season is'nt open yet but have tried it out on the lake and found that is easy to use and really makes a huge difference when looking for structure. The multiple screens are great for finding fish and bottom definition. Great piece of elrctronics , can't wait to use it when I can get out fishing!! Great product, easy to install.

this product is top of the line electronics easy to use. free upgrades from hummingbird.com when something new comes out. offers all the options of the bigger more expensive units just in a smaller screen. however you do need to purchase a high speed transducer if you are going to mount unit on stern si transducer doesnt pickup at high speeds. but the side and down imaging is awesome and makes finding and identifying structure easier and faster. trust me you will see things on your favorite body of water that you have never seen before
