) I bought this Hoyt bow because I know the company makes high quality bows and wanted an older model for use to get back in shape and get used to shooting again in the spring after a long winter of not using a bow. Pros:(1)good "starter bow" for a young shooter; (2)I'm small in stature and this bow has a short draw length, a prerequisite for smaller individuals with shorter arm lengths; (3)reasonably priced.
Cons: (1)bow is an older compound model with pulleys but without a cam(s); (2)bow is heavier than today's models.

This is a great bow. With some minor adjustments im groupingwithin 4 inches at 20 yds out. No problems so far
Hoyt Bows have a name and a product to go with it

) The bow was a little heavier than others, but it kept the involuntary movement to a minimum. It shot fast and smooth and gave me confidence when target Shooting, and I'm proud to say it's the bow I got my 1st deer with.
