Why do I feel so smart when I watch this

Until recently, I had only seen clips of House while I was surfing channels, and in that context I really didn't think I would care for it much, but after watching one entire episode I was hooked! The show is one that moves at a fast, intellectual pace, and I find myself watching it with subtitles turned on and a good dictionary close by, just so I can catch all of the names of diseases and words I haven't learned yet. The plots of individual episodes keep you guessing and thinking, and the overarching inter-character story across seasons seems intriguing so far. The script is witty and very well written.

As a character, Dr. Gregory House seems at first too abrasive to be liked, but one quickly comes to appreciate his blatant and harsh candor, and through the course of several episodes the actor gives you a glimpse at Dr. House's good nature despite all he does in an effort to hide it from everyone else.

If you're looking for a tv show to get hooked on (which, sadly, I feel the need to do every few months), House is a fantastic way to go.

Love the series, House is excellent! you never get tired of watching, can't wait for season 5! my entire family loves to have "House" night. intelligent and provocative drama.

Review of House Box Set.

Really like the show HOUSE, thus the reason I bought the season box set 1-4. The product was o.k. It was foreign made but was unaware of this, however everything is in English. It was supposed to be new, but there were fingerprints on many of the dvd's, they were not in order and one doesn't work. Seems very cheaply made. However, it was at a good price and within my budget. Although, I have been purchasing on Ebay for a long time, this is the first below average product I have ever purchased.

Excellant series.

I love this t.v series. I didn't like it at first because I didn't understand it until my friend got me hooked on it when it was shown on air and now I had to buy it. I recommend this series to anyone who likes smartypants type of humor. House is obnoxiously funny and knows how to keep it real.
