Hot Wheels: Beat That! (Wii, 2007)

This 5* Wii game is perfect for the Hot Wheels fan who wants a challenging, high speed, high energy game! A huge step up from the other Hot Wheels video games, this supercharged game has incredible graphics and awesome cars. It is quite a challenge for even the most experienced drivers. There are so many cool track options, such as loop de loops, power boosts, 90 degree turns, track bending and so much more. It is one serious ride~this game will leave you feeling like you were truly behind the wheel. This game impressed one tough 9 yr old and adults, too!

I bought this game because I love driving games.Although this doesn't compare to my need for speed games etc. This is pretty neat but frustrating. This is definitely meant for younger kids but I still like to play it.It is surprisingly hard to play (especially not being used to wii wheel)I am sure I will like it much better after I get used to it. The reason I say this is more for kids is because of the graphics, (you race through what looks like a house, kind of like a toy)and also the kind of cars. It is set up as if you had a hot wheels track set up through your house with tons of obstacles like books and toys and ramps.Kids seem to take to these games quickly although I don't know how. My six year old can do this better than me.If You have younger children this is a definite buy.

For someone looking for Mario Galaxy graphics, you won't find it here. But my 6-year-old loves to play this game. He knows all about how to unlock new tracks and races, and just pushes hard to get everything unlocked.

This is a very good game for those who like to be challenged. I bought this game for the kids-age 7 and 8, because they like racing games. The cars are harder to control and the races more challenging to get thru. I like that it does give a challenge-the game will last longer. Would recommed again for those who like a challenging game.

I have a 7 year old son and we play this game together all the time. It's fun and challenging with some pretty cool tracks, but to advance and open new game areas you need to read the goals and come in first.
