Hop is a two-disc set of an animated film about E.B, the Easter Bunny’s teenage son who does not want to become the next Easter Bunny, so he moves to Hollywood in an effort to become a drummer in a rock band. Hop blends animated figures with live action people to create a unique viewer experience. Released in 2012, the movie tells the story of how an unemployed slacker name Fred accidentally strikes E.B. with his car, injuring the teenage rabbit and forcing him to take E.B. in as he recovers. When E.B. is discovered missing, the Easter Bunny sends three ninja royal guards after him in an attempt to bring him home. In the meantime, Easter Chicks, Carlos and Phil plot to overthrow the Easter Bunny and take over the Easter organization. The plot of Hop thickens as E.B. lands a spot on a variety show while Fred is captured and taken back to Easter Island. E.B. must then decide between his fame and his friend. The two-disc set includes Blu-ray and standard DVD as well as an UltraViolet version available for downloading to any digital device.
