I love the fact that the recipes also show the calorie content. The recipes not only help save money, but help you decide how healthy you want to eat. This book is not only for women, I am a man and I bought this book for myself. I wanted to eat healthy and cheaper at the same time;this book took on both goals at once. The meals taste very good!
Liked the cooking info & what is good to have on hand for recipes. Since the Author doesn't eat pork (just don't like it), it still would have been nice to have some recipes with pork as it can be inexpensive to buy. Some recipes will work with pork, but some could have been added with pork as primary meat. I will use it often.
