Its a good thing they are hard cover! These are classic books, i read when i was a kid and now to my child. What more could you say about a Dr. Seuss Book. Every Dr. Seuss book is awesome! I could sit here all day and rhyme his books. They have great meanings and teach children. I work in a daycare and i read at least 10 of his books a day. He is one of our favorite authors. We love it when his birthday comes around we have a huge celebration at our school!

This is one of Dr. Seuss' earlier hardcover books. We just came across this book and read it to little ones. They really enjoyed the colorful picture and watching the yellow bird take us on a birthday tour. It is now one of the favorite bedtime book for this week.

I bought this for a babies first birthday as a keepsake and for something to be read at bedtime or once a year on his birthday. Kids love Dr. Seuss and they learn to read and memorize because of the rhyming in his books.
I thought I was buying a full sized book so I would not have bought this one had I known. My 5y.o. son LOVES Dr. Seuss but he DID NOT like this tiny, 6pg, pop-up book.
