"Hangover" - the best movie about Vegas!
Created: 10/30/10
No doubt, "The Hangover" is my favorite movie about the Sin City. And I have seen a bunch. If you haven't seen "The Hangover", then get the DVD right now! "The Hangover" is a fun movie. It, how to say, took me away from the normal life and routine, and made me feel like I was in Las Vegas. It really did! It must be because of three fantastic and professional actors - Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis. This movie will attract you if you are a Ken Jeong, Mike Tyson, Heather Graham, or just a Vegas fan. When you watch the movie, it like takes you to Vegas. You feel it. You feel the atmosphere. I should add that it inspired me to learn Poker. Before I watched this movie, I had no idea how to play it. Although no one in "The Hangover" didn't play poker (they played Blackjack), I learned poker, because I knew Blackjack.
If I still haven't convinced you into buying the DVD or watching it in cinema, then I will tell about it in few words. "Hangover" is basically a movie about four friends going to Vegas to celebrate bachelor party, because one of them, Doug is getting married. They check into villa in Caesar's Palace and the unforgettable (and disastrous) night begins. Dentist, Stu, wakes up and finds out that he's missing a tooth. Later discovers that he got married to a stripper.
The three guys find a tiger (that belongs to Mike Tyson) in their bathroom, and a baby in the closet. Why three? Because Doug is missing. Guys find out, that they stole a police car. They also find a naked Chinese man (Ken Jeong) in the trunk of their Mercedes. Who was he? Where is Doug? Why Stu is missing a tooth? What happens next? Find out by yourself!

What a funny movie

This movie had me rolling on the floor, it's that funny.
It boasts no big name actors and I was very skeptical of it when I first got the movie, but after only a few minutes watching it I knew I had not wasted my money.
The movie is about 4 guys who head to Las Vegas for a one night bachelor party, they wake up the next morning with no memory of the night before and the groom is missing. They then try to piece together what happened last night and where the groom is.
The cast of Heather Graham, Jeffrey Tambor, Justin Bartha, Rachel Harris, and Rob Riggle work very well together and the plot, although an old one, is still well written. (Former boxer Mike Tyson has a very small roll in this as well).
Get this movie, you will be glad you did.

A Laugh A Minute! Get This In Your Collection!!

First of all, a very smart, gross, dark, crude, hilarious and obnoxious film that had me in tears throughout the film. Yes, this subject has been done to death, but not to this level of enjoyment. I haven't enjoyed a Vegas bachelor party film this much since "Very Bad Things" and I would have to rate this higher. How rare it is to see a film that is consistently funny from start to finish. My expectations were very high after all of the hype leading up to the release of this film and it didn't disappoint.
The director does a great job setting the stage for a night no one can remember. Each role was cast perfectly with Zach Galifianakis stealing the show. Make sure you don't leave early and miss the slide-show during the credits. Freaking hilarious!!!!
Thank you, Todd Phillips for another over-the-top, laugh-out-loud masterpiece!
Get it in your collection SOON!!

Belly shaking hilarious ride of surprises...

Though I am not for lewd, crude or fowl ~ I was so surprised and engaged by this film, I couldn't stop watching or laughing. Just when you think a bachelor party movie could take a turn for the bad, this one takes it not one, two or three steps further, but beyond and is non-stop entertainment.
Hilarious surprise after surprise keeps you wondering, what could possibly happen next?
Great script writing, directing and cast pull together to make one of the best comedies I've seen in years. I just couldn't help but laugh.
This is one not to pass by, a laugh factory of a film, but definitely an adults only (as it is so rated for anyhow).

A Hilarious Movie

I really enjoyed watching this movie. I saw it in theaters first with a group of friends and I was wary of it. I am not a fan of stupid-funny movies AT ALL. However, I was in stitches the entire time when I saw this. What this movie lacks in subtlety, it makes up for in outrageous laughs.
The DVD version of the Hangover is wonderful and even comes with the digital copy (really nice!) and with the right editing software I even managed to put it on my ipod so I can watch it on the go =] Yay!
5 stars =]
