I wanted something better than I had before, which was a simple Nokia,so I bought this HTC,& was elated to win it at such a good price, considering everything. I dislike the fact that I have to charge it everyday, and sometimes the battery just goes flat without giving me chance to put it on the charger. I don't really use it much, just liked the fact that it looks so sleek and professional, and has so many functions that I can use. Despite it having bluetooth, and being turned off, somehow I'm still visible to others, cannot use the wifi in wifi areas, and it keeps lighting on and showing the warning note about the GPS not being able to connect bla bla bla..Also,the cd provided with it to install on the pc does not work with my pc,and I have windows XP,so it beats me! The manual user guidebook provided says there should have been earphones included, but the seller had warned me there wouldn't be. I feel I was given a used mobile, with a bad bad sick old battery, and the headphones had been taken by them to be sold on their own maybe!
Solid, stylish, it is qualitatively made, reliable, pleasantly lies in a hand, it is not similar to iPhone!
Rather big screen, reliable communication. Convenient sliding keyboard. Good camera.
The main shortcoming in my opinion - out-of-date Windows mobile 6.5 OS.
I had a Galaxy a while ago and found it impossible to type messages on the VERY inaccurate keypad. So I was glad to go back to the real keyboard. This isn't the most current model, but I'm very satisfied - the menus are intuitive and the texting function is excellent. I had an excellent seller who threw in tons of extras that I really appreciated
I'm not as impressed as I thought I would be. It is a very good looking phone but terribly outdated. Apps aren't available for it because it has Windows 6.5. I have to continually do a soft reset because it gets bogged down. I wish I could say better things about it but I can't. I do like the keypad. As soon as I'm able, I plan on replacing it with a better phone.
Further update, phone shuts off for no reason and needs to be reset at least once a day. It is a total disappointment and I am replacing it with a Nokia.
It's a sleek smartphone, with good battery life...I love it!!! There are more up-to-date ones on the market right now, but this one meets them head on....
