Good phone! Lacks front facing camera but great battery life. Outdated

This is a good phone if you are on a budget. It is not the most powerful ( 3D games can't always be ran on full settings) but it is definitely not "slow". Battery life is VERY impressive. I can get 5-6 hours playing games and using WiFi to surf the internet.


If you are thinking of getting this phone, chech some of you other options first. The Galaxy S line of phones are serious contenders. One thing I dislike about this phone is it doesn't have a front facing camera. Also keep in mind the screen is very small.

Not Bad but not an Evo

Had Evo 4G before this and it is a little of a downgrade. It doesn't have the front camera, the screen is smaller, and certain apps such as the scanner isn't downloaded to your phone. However, i do like having a keyboard. The keyboard was the reason why I switched over and I have no complaints about the it. I just thought that the same features in the shift would be the same as the evo except with a keyboard... guess that sounds too much like right. lol

Smartphone with slide out qwerty, undeniable easy access to all things tech

The HTC Evo Shift is an awesome phone! It is mechanically easy to use and an extra bonus added with the slide out qwerty keyboard. On average this phone is suitable for those looking for a little variety in a smartphone and it's awesome interface will lock you in.

if I were staying with sprint I'd keep this phone, but its an awesome phone

I fell in love with this phone after first seeing it but had to buy an extra battery soon after receiving it because of the apps draining the battery, I bought it originally because I needed a new phone in a hurry and I upgraded from the Samsung Instinct. Even though it's older its a great phone. Thanks HTC!It's not black the one I have is blue.

This phone is just ok.

I thought the phone was just ok./ Im not sure if this is an older model that i have but the screen is very small compared to other models. The phone it self has pretty good memory and is ok on speed but it wasnt what i expected and I will be sending the phone back to the seller. i think i am going to just stick with a plain Evo and i should be fine.
