    Golden Compass for Wii so-so

    Created: 06/02/09
The game started out with Lyra and Iorek and those action sequences were pretty good, although poor camera angles sometimes make it hard to avoid walking off cliffs. Later on the storyline moved back to Lyra's time at the college, and here there's lots of difficult mini-games with vague instructions, and it's often hard to figure out what the game wants you to do to progress the storyline.

Buy it if you liked the movie, not if you want a good game for the Wii.

    Bought for myself

    Created: 01/03/10
I bought this game because I really enjoyed watching the movie. The games story line is parallel with the actual movie. You do get to see side stories and things that were not in the actual movie. I figured once I am done with it I will pass it along to my niece. It's not too easy of a game, I think it is fun for all ages.

    Great Buy

Of course I liked the price, but this was a good find because I was not sure about it at first and it turned out that the kids love it.

Ever since we received the game the children have not wanted to stop playing it. They love the graphics and the adventure that the game has give them. I bought the game because it was for sale at a very reasonable price and I was looking for another game for my children. I am really glad that I bought it because this game has surpassed my expectations.
