If you like irreverent comedy (albeit nearly trashy by strict morality standards) and if you like inspirational anthems, whether from Broadway, movies, or pop culture, then you will like this series (and you need to see season 1 also). Freddie Mercury has been dead for 19+ years now, but the Glee group has already covered several Queen classics, creditably. I hope they do more! Great guest singing too, from Kristen Chenowith and John Stamos in season 1 to Gwinneth Paltrow (singing F-you!) in season 2. I highly recommend this. The last five episodes have been on Fancast, with each Tuesday's new episode kicking out the show that is six weeks old. (perhaps with 24 hour delay). Go sample some!
Glee season 2 Vol. 1 is great. Follows up right where season 1 left off. The story is fun. I also love how the show deals with hard topics not only for teens but adults as well. I wish more shows today had the courage and integrity that Glee does.
I asbsoulutley LOVE this show! i have been watching the first season on Netflix, when i saw it on ebay for so cheap, i had to buy it! please note though that this is only 10 of the almost 20 episodes in the 2nd season.
Glee has to be one of the best T.V. series out right now. If you enjoy music and dancing then you most definitely will love Glee. It's a bit motivating because when you see how dedicated they are in performing with their singing and dancing it makes you appreciate the art of dancing and music itself; especially the old school songs they perform. Glee is a highly recommended show to be watching. You won't be disappointed.
Very funny series. If you like parodies of high school, and all the stupid stuff that happens in high school, along with music. You will love Glee. Season two has some of the best shows the series has to offer. Great Rocky Horror Picture Show episode. If you want a laugh, and some great music, Glee is a must!!!
