Screen seems smallish and keyboard is strange at first because keys are large and very flat. Slight cursor movements or possible slight touching (still unsure what is causing this) while typing or moving cursor, tends to cause sudden action as if "back arrow" were clicked for some odd reason.
Trying to use Microsoft Office which came with the product, unsuccessful even though Product Key was entered exactly same as indicated on bottom of this laptop, error message "Product Key is incorrect...." Have been unable to open attachments due to this problem. Contacted Seller but have not heard back yet.
Overall, it's ok but I'm missing the larger screen of my past few Dell laptops and not liking the touchiness and odd keyboard of this product.
I got it for the price and I guess it's worth the 299, but wondering if I should have paid more for a better product.
