This GPS is very thin and very portable. Display is easy to see andit is easy to navigate thru it. Also the lifetime updates is a plus feature.

The Nuvi has already kept me from getting lost. We took a trip on the back roads of Nevada and ended up in Utah. The Nuvi guided us back home. Very easy to use with the touch screen and all the extra information on the screen. I also have a Garmin Street Pilot and have loved it. The Nuvi has a few more features and updates. I bought it because the price was right and I know I can depend on the Garmin name.

This is a great GPS for the money. I bought my first one 5 years ago and the battery finally died and wouldn't take a charge and they're non replaceble. This was the replacement. I bought the same model I bought for my wife when she kept taking my old one. The lifetime traffic feature is a God send. It routes you around accidents and highway delays. It also finds short cuts to places you already know how to go to. We have two of these and move them to whatever of our vehicles we use. It's also great to take on a trip and use in a rental car. Very reliable piece of equipment. The LMT signifies lifetime map updates and traffic subscription. This is a must, as it would be expensive not to get this up front.

This GPS is an extremely fast unit. It comes with lane assist,this shows you, your exit,other features include, arrival time, speed, & when you exceed the speed limit, the mph goes red. Lifetime traffic updates are another great feature, along with traffic detours, which light up when traffic is stalled, your given the option of taking another route. Garmin is the industry leader, and I would recommend their products to everyone thinking about buying one.

Replaced an old Garmin with this one. Nice display, but the touch screen is slow to respond when spelling out an address. I also believe it does not always send you the shortest route when driving. I've followed it a few times on a drive that I normally make,and it's sent me the long way more than once.
