| The Fulltone OCD V3 is a unique-sounding guitar effect pedal perfect for playing with tube amps and for saturation with clarity in rock, powerpop and blues. This Fulltone guitar pedal goes halfway between overdrive and distortion, so you end up with a not-smooth-but-not-gritty kind of sound. The Fulltone OCD V3 has a tank-like construction with a big blue LED and a durable footswitch. At low gain, this guitar effect pedal gives you great punch with clarity and as the gain increases, you get a thick tone with a thick creamy/crunchy distortion. Turning the tone knob of this Fulltone guitar pedal clockwise would add more mids to your sound and turning it anticlockwise would compress the sound. | |

) Totally Awesome In Short . Makes Both Clean & Dirty settings amazingly better than without it . I use the Vox amps distortion on low so I get a Cleaner , Clearer , Crunch . Then I add The OCD to it to make the buttery smooth boost That Drives the distortion up , But keeps it clear & not muffled like many pedals do . The OCD adds tons of headroom when playing clean , makes your rig sound professional & expensive . Keep the guitar volume down & the amp up & You will find many different sounds with the volume alone . Use the 18v VDC power adapter for even more Headroom & boost . A 12v power adapter will also work too .

) This pedal has an amazing sound. It can go from an extremely subtle overdrive to a gritty wash out of distortion and it can do everything inbetween. 2 settings, HP and LP, what could be better. AND let's face it, it looks damn cool. If you want a very versatile overdrive and a pedal that kicks every ass, this is it.

Just got my FUlltone OCD and I can't stop playing with it. Great pedal with a phenomenal overdriven sound. I play it through my Hot Rod Deluxe and it sounds sweet. I'd suggest this to any player who needs a strong overdrive.

Bought this pedal based on reviews and demo videos on youtube.
I have to admit that after my first try with it, I though the OCD was as good or better than the reviews I saw and heard. This pedal will go from a light grit up to a pretty darn heavy grind - and it cleans up well with the guitar's volume knob regardless of how hard you push the distortion. For now, I'm loving it!

Great pedal, very dynamic and sensitive to your playing. Capable of subtle overdrive to distorted tones while truly retaining the guitars' original tone!
