Movie synopsis
With its witty dialogue, sophisticated character development, and classic slapstick situations, FRASIER is a prime example of television comedy at its finest. Season 8. Daphne and Niles together at last

Review For: Frasier - The Complete Eighth Season (DVD, 2006, 4-Disc Set)

I bought this before the release, I could hardly wait to see what happened after Daphne ran off with Niles before her wedding. I of course watched the series but when you own the DVDs you actually forget so many details of the story.

This season is the season most Daphne and Niles fans have longed for. Finally they are together, more or less. Donny has made their start rough, and Mel is being a true Maris in her ownership of Niles. It is a season that also shows the dramatic comedic flare of Kelsey Grammer, his speech "I am wounded" is a reminder of Bette Davis, as only Kelsey can deliver. Martin of course has his cutting wit and charm, he is the reality thrown into a family of misfits. This is also a season where Roz and Simon become the class clowns. Anthony LaPagilia own an emmy for this season, and it is clear with the first episode why.

I highly recommend buying this season for those that want a taste of Frasier towards the end of the series.

still making funny shows

hard 2 believe the show has been on this long, butt having great scripts & a cast that stays 2gether makes it all possible, despite the brothers being snobs, the humor is there & is quite clever, has a brit sense of humor that some like & some don't, if you like witty & clever you should like it, the series has excellent shows in every season, so going back to the start is not that bad & kinda nice to see where it started & where it is by season 8,

the reason that i bought this product is self explanatory, i like Frasier. My product arrived fine, perfect infact. i was kinda let down this season to see that the chacter daphne is going off to what they call "fat camp" but Jane leeves, the woman that plays daphne, was pregnat, but the rest of the the show was funny like it always is, i enjoy this show and would recomend it.

I love everything about this show!Complete season are available on eBay at a very fair price,I think it's worth every penny!Great acting very smart writing....this show is GREAT ! They just can't make them like this anymore!

Frasier Season - Got to be good

Review For: Frasier - The Complete Eighth Season (DVD, 2006, 4-Disc Set)

Suffice to say I am a Frasier fan. I have all seasons except for 10th that I wait for in anticipation. Having said that, this season is consistent in quality of dialogue, plots, humor and the same excellent cast. Not to say it is the best season or one I have enjoyed the most, but still very good!
