I bought the book because I am interested in teaching my patient's at work about health and wellness and this book has a lot of good information. Also, I has more updated information and the book is useful for me as I am interested in my own health and wellness.
It's a very interesting book, snce it talks about everything that has to do with your well-being. It's so cool because it helps you understand your body and its needs.
